Get your price & book
Use the instant quote tool to size your quilt, choose a design, and pick your options. Your exact total appears on screen — check out securely when you're ready. No account, no waitlist.

Pack & ship
Print the prepaid label we email you (or use your own carrier). Fold your pressed top and backing into a sturdy box or padded mailer and drop it off. We'll email you the moment it arrives.

We quilt your top
Your quilt is loaded, squared, and quilted with care. Standard turnaround is a firm 2 weeks; rush is 5 business days. Watch it move through each stage on your tracking page.

Finished quilt comes home
We carefully package your finished quilt and ship it back to you for free, fully insured. You'll get tracking the moment it leaves our studio.
Preparing your quilt — quick checklist
Good prep makes for a flawless finish. Tick these off before you ship.
- Press everything flat
- Remove pins and embellishments
- Trim loose threads
- Size your own backing (+4″)
- Stay-stitch a borderless top
- Mark the top edge
- Pack it safe and insured
Where to ship
As soon as you book, we'll show you the mailing address on your confirmation page and email it to you — along with your order number to write on the box. If you add a prepaid label at checkout, the address is already printed on it.
🎄 Christmas delivery cutoffs
- Standard: order by Nov 15 (quilt to us by Nov 20).
- Rush: order by Dec 1 (quilt to us by Dec 5).
Orders after the cutoff are welcome — we'll do our best, but can't guarantee Christmas arrival. Holiday rush is $75 (Oct 1–Dec 15).
